All products are custom-made to order. Once payment is confirmed, your order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, except as described under Defective or Damaged Items below. Please review size charts, design selections, and your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Damaged Items

We will offer a replacement if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit. To submit a claim, please contact us at support@nomadcattitude.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issueΒ 

We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a defect. Minor print variations inherent to the production process are not considered defects and do not qualify for a replacement.
